Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

Return Shipping

A return shipping fee equivalent to 50 SEK (or the corresponding amount in your local currency) will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Options

You may choose between:

• Refund to the original payment method, minus the return shipping fee, or

• Store credit for the full order value, with no return fee applied

Store credit is issued digitally and does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, you will be notified by email. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after item inspection.
