Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Options

In-Stock Items

Products marked as available will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Pre-Order Items

Certain pieces may be offered as pre-order. These items are produced or prepared in small batches and have an estimated dispatch time clearly stated on the product page.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • The item is not ready for immediate shipment.

  • The estimated dispatch window is approximate.

  • You will receive tracking information once the order is fulfilled.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.


2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not yet constitute acceptance of the order.

BESTY reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock inaccuracies

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.


3. Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched (typically 24h). Please contact us as soon as possible at info@bestyofficial.com.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.

Cancelling Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production or preparation has already begun.


4. After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding returns after delivery.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
