Where is Besty based?
Besty is a Sweden-based jewellery brand with a Scandinavian point of view. Orders are dispatched from Sweden. Learn more about Besty.
Do you deliver to Sweden and the United Kingdom?
Yes. Besty ships to Sweden and the United Kingdom. Select your country in the country and language selector to see the appropriate currency. Available delivery options and costs are confirmed at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock products are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-order pieces have a separate estimated dispatch window stated on the product page. Check this before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
The shipping policy estimates 3–4 working days for Europe and up to 10 working days for the United Kingdom and United States after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs or busy periods can add time. Pre-order preparation is additional. See the shipping policy.
What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order piece is not ready for immediate dispatch. The current estimate appears on its product page. Several first-batch pieces show an 8–9 week dispatch estimate; this is separate from delivery time. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order pieces, they may be shipped together when everything is ready unless otherwise agreed.
How much does shipping cost, and is there free shipping?
Free shipping is available, and the minimum order depends on your country and currency: from 1,400 SEK in Sweden; from €140 to Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal and Spain; from £140 in the United Kingdom; and from $200 in the United States. In Denmark and Norway, the €140 minimum is converted to your local currency. Below the minimum, standard shipping is 69 SEK in Sweden, €6.90 in Europe, £6.90 in the United Kingdom and $15 in the United States. Your cart shows how close you are to free shipping, and the final cost is confirmed at checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Gift wrapping is available for an extra fee. Select “I want gift wrapping” in your cart to add it to your order. The price is shown beside the option and included in your total before checkout.
Will I pay customs or import charges in the UK?
Orders outside the European Union may incur duties or import taxes. Any amount collected by Besty is shown at checkout. Charges not included there may be payable separately under the shipping policy.
What materials are used in Besty jewellery?
Materials vary by piece. Several designs use 925 sterling silver with 18K gold plating; the Shape Earrings are polished 925 sterling silver. The Sculpt Ring description specifies a 14K gold finish. Read the individual product description rather than assuming every piece uses the same base metal or finish.
Is gold plated jewellery solid gold?
No. Gold plating is a layer of gold over another material; it is not solid gold throughout. Check the base metal and finish in the individual product description. Send us a message through our contact form if you need a specification that is not listed.
Can I shower or swim in Besty jewellery?
Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions and cleaning chemicals to help preserve the finish. We do not recommend treating plated jewellery as waterproof.
How should I clean and store my jewellery?
Use a soft, dry cloth and gentle handling. Store pieces in a dry place, separately where possible, and avoid rubbing or abrasive cleaners on plated finishes. Read our jewellery care guide.
Is Besty jewellery hypoallergenic or nickel-free?
We do not make a blanket hypoallergenic or nickel-free claim for every piece. Check the material information for the specific product. If you have a known sensitivity, ask us for the relevant specification before purchasing.
Is the Sculpt Ring adjustable?
Yes. The Sculpt Ring is listed as one size with an adjustable fit. It is not guaranteed to fit every finger. For fit advice or a measurement not shown online, contact us before ordering.
How do I choose a necklace length or earring size?
Check the measurements on the individual product page. If the length, dimensions or weight you need are not listed, contact us before ordering. Product images alone are not a reliable size guide.
Can I return my order?
The published return policy allows eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition and packaging. Any product-specific exceptions are stated on its page. Read the full return policy before ordering.
Is there a return shipping fee?
The return policy states that 50 SEK, or the equivalent in your local currency, is deducted from a refund to the original payment method. It also offers store credit for the full order value with no return fee. See the return policy for conditions.
