Will my gift arrive in time?
Everything in this guide is in stock and ships from Sweden with PostNord. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–4 working days within Europe and up to 10 working days to the UK and US. For a special date, order with a little time to spare.
Can I send the gift straight to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout and we will send it directly to them.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Gift wrapping is available for a small extra fee. Tick “I want gift wrapping” in your cart: the price is shown beside the option and added to your total before checkout.
What if the gift is not quite right?
Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Choose a refund, minus a 50 SEK return fee or the equivalent in your currency, or store credit for the full amount.
What is the jewellery made of?
Materials vary by piece. Many are sterling silver with an 18K gold finish; the Sculpt Ring has a 14K gold finish and the Shape Earrings are polished sterling silver. Each product page lists the exact materials.
